REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At FitLawz, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
Since many of our products are consumable in nature (such as supplements, powders, and nutrition products), we do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or have broken tamper-evident seals.
Returns are accepted only if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item, flavour, size, or quantity
- The product was delivered in poor condition
To request a return, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order at mailoffitlawz@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- A brief explanation of the issue
For damaged packages or missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Process
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide return instructions or arrange a pickup (depending on service availability in your area).
To qualify for a return:
- The product must remain unused
- Original packaging must be intact
- All accessories, labels, and invoices must be included
After receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect the product before approving a replacement or refund.
Refunds
If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note:
- Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary
- International refunds may take additional time due to banking and currency conversion processes
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 10 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever happens first.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, eligible return requests may still be initiated after delivery as per this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken tamper seals
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer
- Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)
